Stand barefoot with heels, back, and head flat against a straight wall. Look straight. Place a flat book on your head, mark the wall, and measure from the floor to the mark.

Tiptoe Arm Reach
Stand barefoot facing the wall. Raise both heels fully (standing on your tiptoes) and stretch one arm as high as possible. Mark the wall at your fingertip tip and measure from the floor.
💡 Tip: Airlines strictly verify a barefoot tiptoe reach of 212 cm (Qatar/Emirates) or 208 cm (Cathay). Have someone help you mark the wall for accuracy!
